I come up with a new Google search function that I would like to see. I would like to search an image - I upload an image and Google come up with matching images or I guess sites with that image. The reason for this is that I have found some building that we took pictures of, particularly in Paris that I have no idea what it is.
For example, we have 12 pictures of this building in Paris and I am not sure what it is. And you think that if we bothered to take 12 pictures I might remember what it is. But apparently not.
Or an other example, again in Paris, but we only took 5 pictures of this one but again not sure what it is. If Angie or Suzanne or anyone else who has been to Paris can remember what they are please fill me in. Thanks.

I can't see the pictures right now...don't know if it's a fluke or not....
I see the pics and would love a google function like that. I am always taking pictures, and tons of pictures of something and then forgetting what it was that I took pictures of. You could invent that and make millions!
I asked my friend who's been to Paris a few times what she thought of these pictures, and she suggested a few options, neither of which looked like our places when I looked up the names online:
"The first one with the grey roof looks like Le Jardin du Luxembourg, and the second one I don't know -- possibly Bastille? I never saw it, but..."
I think this just goes to show that ALL THE BUILDINGS IN PARIS LOOK ALIKE. Little frustrating.
I had googled a few of my own guesses before I did this post and struck out there too. So if we don't know what they are, why do have so many pictures of them?
I also noticed that we don't have anywhere near the number of photos from the Eiffel Tower that we did from the fortess in Salzburg. I believe that is because all of Paris looked them same. Most of the pictures we did take from the Eiffel Tower were of the river or the few places you could find grass.
